We will be using a styrofoam box (21.5"x15.5"x10") ~ (18.75"x16.25x14.75) to ship your fish. The cost PER BOX will be $55.

Request forms can be sent to our email at email@example.com. If you are unable to open fillable form in Adobe, you may fill out the form by hand and send it back as an email attachment. Once we receive your form we will be sending you an estimated invoice before we proceed. Requests will be confirmed & fulfilled as soon as possible, depending on store availability.
Orders entered and received by Thursdays at 6:00pm will be sent out via Hawaiian Air Cargo the next day (Friday morning). Confirmation of your airway bill # will be sent to you through email, which you can present to cargo to receive your fish.

* Fish may arrive later than scheduled time if flight gets delayed, you may call Hawaiian Air Cargo directly to see if your package has arrived.
If any of your fish arrive DOA, please provide a clear photo of the fish in the unopened bag within 3 hours of pickup from the airport. Send your photo to our email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the requirements are met, a refund will be issued in 24-48 hours. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If there is a specific fish you are looking for please click on our "Special Request" tab located on the top of the page. These types of orders may take longer to fulfill, depending on fish availability.
Individual fish selection is based upon the discretion of the store manager. We will do our best to select the healthiest and most robust fish in our stock.
